-All U11 ('00) female competitive players are welcomed to attend.
-Bring your soccer ball, cleats, shin guards and plenty of water.
We will work on:
Technical skills
Ball Handling
Tactical situations
& Small sided scrimmages (4v4)

Tuesday June 28 and Thursday June 30.

All Arsenal Coaches will be doing the training including Director of Coaching Carlos Melgar!
Registration 6:30pm Sessions are from 7pm - 8:15pm.

Presidents Cup Highlights
The girls attended the North Texas Presidents Cup back on April 1. They took 1st seed in pool play. Then lost the Championship game 1-2. Great Job!!
The three practices before the tournament will be Very Very important for the girls to show up so we will be ready! The Shawnee Trails tournament has 6 Lake Highlands teams. Five of them play Division I. We MUST be ready........ Sunday May 15, Tuesday May 17 and Thurs May 19.

Headed up North
Reminder: We will only be playing with 10 Players this Sunday in Amarillo.
Morgan is still healing from her hip but will only go help us as keeper.
Sarah and Kalysta are still healing and will be back to join us on May 9th.
Lauren, Stephanie and Victoria have previous obligations and will not make the game.
Game: At Amarillo Texas. 2:30pm. Field #16 Sunday May 1
Wear Whites but bring both uniforms. Wear undergear might be cool.
Please be on the field by 1:45pm. For stretching and warmup.
Remember no Subs this game!! Will be very interesting.... : )
Final Tournament and last Hurrah for Arsenal '00 will be May 20th in Frisco.
Don't forget bags and two uniforms will be turned in at the end of season party.

Presidents Cup fast Approaching
First two games of the Spring 2011 season started off with 2 to the win column.
The girls beat Dallas Texans 5-1 and Alliance 5-1 in midland in 87 degree heat.
Way to go girls.
Lets get ready for the Presidents Cup Tournament!
New Mexico Rush Tournament was a huge success for LAFC.
LAFC '00 White in the U12 Silver Division - Champions (1st Place)
-Went 4-0 in the tourny.
LAFC '00 Gold in the U12 Gold Division - Finalists (2nd Place)
-Played in a pure U12 Bracket.
-Defeated #1 Seed New Mexico Rush Nike '99 in the Semi-Finals.
